Connect and Rise with Rebeka (athlete & coach, 8 time USA Track and Field championship qualifier, certified level 2 coach for the USATF, and CSCS) and I as we discuss the power of connection and authenticity, especially when we are in a dark place.  Life is messy and hard and sometimes it can be difficulty to give ourselves grace, to reach out when we need a friendly shoulder to lean on, and to  be fluid with our goals and expectations for ourselves. We are all uniquely special human beings.  The world needs each of us and we can carry each other when the road is difficult.  You are loved.
